About a year and a half ago we received a contact via the Boy Scout Jamboree
from a student at Dartmouth College. Unfortunately after much discussion it
turned out this student did not have either the time or the inclination to get
a chapter going. Both Vivs and myself tried, but there's little we can do when
the student does not have the time/want to spend the time.
