Try Brother Jordan Neuringer's shop, Fraternity Row of Rochester.

http://www.frontiernet.net/~fratrow/
1761 Mount Hope Avenue
Rochester, New York 14620
(716) 256-1540
 fratrow@frontiernet.net

Fraternity Row sold merchandise at the Fraternity Store at 1996
Nationals, and I've had no problems with the sweatshirt and Turtleneck I
got from him. From the web page, it looks like he has exactly what you
want:

Custom Greek Letters:
What would a Greek store be if it didn't carry Greek Letters? We have a
a full line of sewn Greek Letters including 200+ patterns, and 34 solid
colors to choose from. Our letters are GUARANTEED FOR THE LIFE OF THE
GARMENT!! Prices start at $11.95 complete, including garments. Delivery
usually in about a week.

In Pittsburgh, I used to use Going Greek in Oakland (above Winners),
they've changed their name/owners (Greek Row?), and I haven't used them
in several years though to comment on them.
