The standard dictates what must be done for a student to become a member
of Alpha Phi Omega's National Organization.  If those standards are not
met, then what I think is the appropriate course of action is to null
and void the membership applications of those individuals that did not
meet the standard.  This doesn't speak to the propriety of specific
standards.
