I personally do not want to shorten the legislative session by shortening the
individual items, but by improving execution, and moving most of the items of
pure regional concern to region conferences.
I have submitted "similar" legislation in 2 consecutive conventions before,
but the second time around, I've tailored them in the hopes of better
reception by the voting body.
