Considering the fact that a lot of new chapters tend to be started by
graduate students, it's probably better to think of us as a "Student
fraternity", not exclusively undergraduate, since we're not. There are
many cases in whih graduate students also give a lot of their time and
energy to their chapters, sections, whatever.

As for submitting, I think limiting the amount of legislation is not good
since there is a very good chance we could be cutting off some idas which
could turn out, in the long run, to be very beneficial.
