Hi! If you wanna get the whole campus involved in a service project, join
efforts with Student Government, the Greek System, your campus volunteer
center (if you have one?) and other organizations that have major impact on
the student body. The project could be
        1. Beautifying the campus followed by a massive BBQ & V-ball.
        2. Create & send a "'Thank You' Balloon & flowers" package to the teachers
campus wide who have made a significant impact on students (sort of
like Unsung Heroes). It would really place an impact on these teachers
who have made a difference in our lives! All the Faculty awards don't
mean a thing compared to being given a "Thank You for making a
                                        difference" by a student.
        3. You could see about holding a Special Olympics at your school? or some
kind of festive occasion for underprivileged children?

These are ideas that can utilize various MAJOR organizations (SG) in the means
of financing, volunteering, etc. If more financial assistance or certain
items are needed, prepare a formal letter to that particular business and
present it in person (if possible). Maybe you can get them to sponsor your
event (financially) for advertising their business at the event in some way?

Good luck & please let me know how things work out!

Welp, that's all she wrote...

P.S. #2 is my favorite. :))
