I've been notified in private email by three conventioneers since yesterday,
and I guess most of the conventioneers know this, that all the proposals I
submitted that were caught up in the email system at the office and sent out
in October as an addendum were ruled "out of order" and DQed at Convention.

I understand the reasoning and accept it. I am not going to place blame as it
was an unfortunate accident, brought about in part because I emailed every-
thing in 2-3 days before the deadline, thus being in amid the last-minute
crush.

I will however submit all 8 DQed proposals in 2000 for consideration. And I
will be present and subpoena-able in Philly this time.

Question for the National webmaster: during the convention, were the posted
amendments removed from the National Webpage? I couldn't find them when I was
tring to look for them back on around the 29th. Also, will the decisions on
each one be posted? Like put up all the originals as before and just add the
appropriate lines: "Accepted", "Rejected in Committee", "Rejected at General
Session", "Out-of-Order", "Amended to read.... and accepted/declined", etc.
That would probably be easiest to do and read. THanks.
