If I gave the RD dictatorial powers to move around the location without
chapter consent, that was a legalese blunder on my part. My aim is not to
change the procedure of voting on the issue itself except to move it to the
Region Convention. If anyone here is on the appropriate committee to discuss
this in 12 days, please do what is necessary in amending it to not change the
RD power in this particular issue from whatever is current. (I will not be at
Nationals to be subpoena-able for this.)
