Regional Conference Voting Power." (Dec 16, 18:38)
I guess I'll through in my two cents here.
I have one problem with the bylaws proposals REV has, but I think it's a big
one. In his proposal to have the region conference site selected two years in
advance, there is a small wording change that has big consequences. REV
proposes allowing the RD to change the site by him/herself, without the
chapters' approval. This is a change from the current bylaws.
I don't know if this is intentional on REV's part, but it is a some-what hidden
consequence of the ammendment.
