I just checked these workshop descriptions and found an error in mine.
(Thanks for finding it Michelle!) Don't know who's giving the workshop on
stress management, but it's not me. I am giving a workshop about
diversity and disabilities. The proper description follows. The only
real change is that my workshop partner, Jess Schuyler of Section 48
staff, will be unable to make it. I understand that it's scheduled for
Session III of the workshops. Hope some of you will be able to
attend...and two of you will be willing to take THE CHALLENGE!

Service with a difference

Chris Rock

Description:

One of the neat things about APO is the wide variety of people whom we
can call Brother. We also meet a great variety of people in doing service
projects. Most of the time these are positive aspects to what we do.
Every now and then situations pop up that aren't necessarily bad but just
make us uncomfortable. Come listen to Chris talk about how to deal with
these situations. Also get some ideas for service projects targeting
groups with special needs. Finally, if you have the courage, take part in
The Challenge! The Challenge is an interesting exercise that will go on
for most of the convention. Hopefully the individuals who participate
will be able to educate many more brothers based on their experience.
Come be different!

In Brotherhood,

Chris
