Would it be possible for someone to post the entire letter?  The
majority of us won't be receiving it and there is obviously some important
info here.

Also... are the stated policies similar to the ones at previous sites?
They sound like they want to be rather strict, but if I were them, I'd
want to talk tough too!

We are a very large group split between two hotels, how do they possibly
expect this to work out???

So a 4-person room costs MORE than a 5-person room???  I foresee a lot of
people putting five on the list just to get the double-double...
