Hi Everyone,

As we near the close of another term with initiations and elections
coming up, I invite you to reflect on not only our three cardinal
principles: Leadership, Friendship and Service, but also what makes it
all work in APO - our whole membership.  Even our leaders need to
learn how to be good followers sometime and it is important that we
realize that "followers and leaders both orbit around the purpose;
followers do not orbit around the leader."  If you'd like to read more
about followership and what makes a good follower, the preceding quote
