Regal Hotel Fire
Top Floor Bursts Into Flames
(Minneapolis) -- The top floor of the Regal Hotel
caught fire Tuesday night. Authorities evacuated the
hotel on Nicollet Avenue. They also closed some streets
because of falling glass.
The five-alarm fire spread throughout the top floor of a
former restaurant... once known as the Penthouse.
Guests at the hotel stood outside and watched
firefighters extinguish the blaze. Some say they were
upset because they never heard a fire alarm.
No one was hurt. Firefighters have not yet determined a
cause for the blaze.
What, if anything, does this mean for Nationals? Does anyone have any
more updated information?
