at Delta Rho we require 25 service hours (plus five rush) for our actives
and 25 for pledges.

our take on that point is that of setting a standard. last semester we had
two brothers with over 100 hours!!! and we had people without any, but a
rquirement (or standard) for active status must (in our opinion) be set.
