Like I said before, ADI Chapter requires 30hrs from active brothers with half
required from associates (which I believe is standard) and 18hrs from
pledges. With a 15 week semester, that works out to 2hrs a week for the
brothers. We initially required 20hrs from pledges, but with a 9 week
pledging period, that worked out to more than 2hrs a week. Somewhere in
national policy is it not stated that pledges cannot be expected to do more
than brothers service-hours-wise? We bumped that down to 18.
