Point of fact:

Resolutions passed by the National Convention are non-binding.

Only amendments to the National Bylaws, Standard Chapter Articles of
Association and the Articles of Incorporation are binding.

In other words, the National Fraternity is not bound to follow what is
passed in a Resolution.


Just trying to educate.
