Any reason to NOT ask hotline to take a look at this? If ronald-ann
needs parts they'll have to be pulled out of other machines, which is
likely to take some time... If no one says anything to the contrary
by Wed. evening, I'll send in the report (Matt, if you'd rather send
it that might be better).
