I replaced /etc/athena/config_afs with the version from the current
source tree; it previously was the version from the release which
doesn't parse SuidCells.local correctly.
I also added the new SIPB members to the usual configuration files:
/etc/{group,passwd}
/etc/security/{environ,limits,passwd,user}
Reportedly, people are finding it hard to get rlogin and telnet
connections to rosebud (e.g., an immediate "connection closed" error).
Using rlogin -x seems fairly reliable, though.
