I've created /afs/sipb/user/sli for you, but you'll have to move your
stuff yourself. When you want your account moved to the sipb cell,
send mail to accounts, cc'd to sipb-ec, and ask them to make your
account class SIPBMEM, and to point your filsys entry at the sipb
cell.
