sipb cell backup (mostly OK), and 7.4

Hodge updated to 7.4G around 11 PM last Tuesday. Evidently, the
contents of /usr/afs/backup were lost. I put back what I thought
should be there (could be wrong, though...), and also copied it to
/afs/sipb/project/newdump/hodge.

Things seemed to work; the backup finished with an error on one
volume: project.eichin.backup.

One thing to check is the undocumented (for us) "file mark size"
parameter, which I set to 200K, following a suggestion in [0099] of
info-afs.

Because of the pag changes in 7.4, you may need to remember to run
your root backup processes in a separate pag, so that later aklogs in
another window don't blow away your administrator tokens.

Also, like last week, the backup, butc, and the perl script had to be
terminated by hand. They ended up as:

root 1994 0.0 4.5 852 540 ? S 0:21 @sys/backup -cell sipb.mit.edu
