As decided at the SIPB meeting tonight, I did a 'bos setrestart ... never'
for ronald-ann and rosebud. I also updated the copies of the configuration
files in /afs/sipb/project/ronald-ann/usr/afs/local/BosConfig and
/afs/sipb/project/rosebud/usr/afs/local/BosConfig.
