SIPB:
This volume is for the development of Chinese language software and
other on-line support for the Chinese language on Athena. Primary work
on this will be done by Joe Wang <joe@athena.mit.edu> (non-SIPB). I
have talked to him about this; you can consider me the SIPB person to
contact with any questions. I believe the software to be provided will
be of interest and use to a number of Athena users.
