Sigh... you are correct, Bill... that sounds like the SIPB cell is still
running old software.
Luckily, this error occurs during the last stage of the restore process:
trying to set the volume's time attributes. The only other step is to
enter it into the vldb, so if a restore is necessary, simply "vos
syncvldb" after it is done.
The other fix is to upgrade the sipb cell to AFS 3.1beta (or later, but
we have not yet done the integration of the final 3.1).
