I think Jay's point was that if we create a sipbnews key, then there
are two advantages:
1) a person can kinit as this key from anywhere and do stuff as that
service.
2) The service can be moved or shared between servers w/o changing the
acl.
I see his points, but someting in me doesn't like creating new keys,
either. Does anybody else have any other really convincing arguments
either way?
