I have now completed the upgrade of ronald-ann. Ronald-ann is
now running athena release 7.2R. I increased the size of the
root partition as is necessary for this release. I increased it
by a little extra, however, anticipating the possibility of this
needing to be done again sometime in the future. This could
save someone else a lot of trouble... The machine now has a
12-meg root partition.
In addition, a few things have changed: the partitions have been
re-labeled.
old a and b have been merged to new a
old c is now b
old d is now c
old f is now d
old e is still e
The flaking partition is still ronald-ann e to keep people from
getting confused. Also, now there are only five partitions
because a and b were merged. (I could see no reason to keep
drive 0 divided into a root and two afs partitions instead of a
root and one afs partition.)
I am now about to start moving all the volumes from priam back
to ronald-ann.
