A long time ago (sometime in January), I mentioned that I was
going to cleanup some volume naming problems and mounting errors
under /afs/sipb/project. I have done so. It seemed to me that
no volume there should be mounted readonly. This was based
on the fact that for each volume, the either the readonly was on
f and the read-write was on e or the readonly didn't exist at
all. There were a few volumes I didn't check, but they were all
volumes whose purposes I knew.

All volumes under /afs/sipb/project are now read-write
mountpoints. Also, to keep volumes names as close to the names
of their mountpoints as possible, I renamed

project.beaconsrc -> project.beacon-src
project.cpostincrement -> project.cplusplusn
project.dback -> project.discuss-back
project.ofc-mach -> project.office-mach

project.office-machines is too long and project.discuss-backup
is illegal because it ends with "backup". (This may be a bug in
the vos client -- I think only ".backup" should be disallowed.)

I remounted kcll project.kcll instead of
sipb.mit.edu:project.kcll. There is no reason to hardcode the
cell name when mounting a volume under another volume in the
same cell -- it's actually probably a bad idea to do so unless
it is necessary.
