/afs/sipb/project/doc was a readonly mountpoint to
project.documentation. I renamed the volume to project.doc and
made this a read-write mountpoint as it should have been all
along. I suppose that, as happened with admin.minutes, this was
never noticed before because project.documentation was on the e
partition and now has a read-only replication on another disk.

Almost all of the mountpoints in /afs/sipb/project are read-only,
and almost all of them should be read-write. Also, many of the
directory names do not exactly match the suffix names on the
volumes. In the athena cell, the policy of having mountpoints
and volume names match is enforced. This makes certain jobs
easier. I am volunteering to fix the sipb cell if there are no
objections. This kind of repair can be done fairly quickly and
with minimal impact to users. The longest amount of time any
user could be affected would be around one hour, and then
clueful user should be affected for much less time.

Are there any objections? If I don't hear anything, I'll go
ahead and take care of this. (I may not have time to do it
before I get back from band tour on January 29, but I may be
able to do it before I leave.)
