possible file loss

Over the weekend one of the sipb AFS servers crashed. The following
was logged when it came back up:
11/19/95 00:01:04 dir vnode 3: invalid entry deleted: ./src/checker.arp.nov12 (vnode 9358, unique 183392)
11/19/95 00:01:19 Salvaged project.periodic-pstgs (536873708): 6689 files, 95370 blocks
11/19/95 00:01:19 CHECKING CLONED VOLUME 536873767.
Is this something someone should go to the effort of trying to
recover?
