Unfortunately, IR.STANFORD.EDU and ATHENA.MIT.EDU do not have a shared
Kerberos key.  As a result, it would be impossible for Derek to
authenticate himself to the SIPB AFS Cell from his Stanford account.

In order for this to work, MIT Network Services and Stanford IR
Administrators need to share a Kerberos key; then we can add him
to the pts database.
