This was not my justification, and a volunteer group can be quite
predictable under the right conditions. The problem is that all the
work is being done by two people with other commitments (with some
help from Mike). As soon as we're done with the moves, I hope to try
to get more people involved in machine-room maintenance.
(I thought this clarification was important; I'm not trying to pick on
every detail of the minutes.)
