We have a disk space problem

We are down to about 400MB free, and most of our partitions are near
95%.  Can people try to clean up as much cruft as possible in the sipb
cell?  (I'm not talking about fishing expeditions, I'm talking about
"that build tree I was going to nuke in a few days".)
