Done.
I also cleaned sipb3, because I'm not using it. I cleaned sipb6 and 7
since I didn't know if they were, and it's much easer to clean a bunch
of accounts at once, than to find a vax to log into regularly, since
clean_dir.csh sucks rocks and wont run on a supported platform.
I also had to go back through about 15 revisions of the accounts file
to find the passwd for sipb7, please change a passwd back to the
default when you are done with (or clean) an account.
