I installed a new fileserver binary (obtained from opssrc) on
ronald-ann tonight at about 23:30. This new fileserver binary should
allow for stock Transarc AFS clients to write to volumes on
ronald-ann. The old binary is fileserver.old, in case this needs to
be backed out. ghudson has tested writing to the sipb cell from one
of the SunOS machines and it succeeds. Total outage < 10 minutes.
