This was for the user Timothy J. Stellmach, whose Athena account was
apparently deactivated sometime in 1992 or 1993. He's a member of one
user group in the sipb cell -- perhaps this should be fixed before
reassigning the afs id. The Kerberos principal swmpthng@ATHENA.MIT.EDU
seems to still exist, so it's conceivable that he's authenticating to
the sipb cell and doing stuff.
