Hi, the SIPB-sponsored Athena account torin has been registered with
UID 3100. Please do the following:
* add the account to the sipb.mit.edu cell pts database
* create a home directory
* copy new guest account template files (/afs/sipb/project/guests/prototype)
into the new home directory
* let me know (via news-answers-request@mit.edu) when this is done
