I created the volume service.rtfm with a quota of 45MB, and mounted it
in /afs/sipb/service/rtfm. I also added replication sites
ronald-ann:/vicepa and ronald-ann:/vicepd for the volume "machine".
I moved /afs/sipb/project/foo-server/usenet-addresses to
/afs/sipb/service/rtfm/usenet-addresess. I updated the following
references, which previously used /afs/sipb/project/dec-charon:
beacon's newsfeeds file
/afs/sipb/service/rtfm/usenet-addresses/README
picayune's /etc/nightly_jobs.conf
I checked /u1/ftp/pub/usenet-addresses and /var/local/wais with 'find
. -type -l -print', but didn't find any symlinks into /afs.
I also moved the contents of project.rtfm into service.rtfm, and nuked
project.rtfm.
