I think moving the servers is a good idea, however we should:
1) Send a message out to info-afs saying something to the effect of:
"On XXX date we will be moving our Database servers to 18.181.XXXX"
2) On said date, do the move.
3) On said date, leave at least *ONE* machine up as either 18.70.0.219
or 18.70.0.210, running the database server processes, and this
machine should stay up for at least 2 weeks after we make the official
move. This way, other site will not totally lose if they can't get
their CellServDB changed *just at the right time*.
I am vehemently opposed to moving the machines without leaving
something behind for straglers. Many people all over the world will
lose horribly if we do not do this properly.
I hope others on this list agree with me.
