This is probably a combination of the buggy rs/6k server and the
extra addresses. But it should time out, so I'm wondering what
was going on.
The extra CellServDB entries should cause it to take longer to
timeout before contacting the servers. An extra server on the
new address will, I think, solve that problem, but we will still
have the "magically disappearing system:administrators" problem
until we get rid of the rs/6k server.
