The new disk has been newfs'ed, and we are reloading volumes.
I copied the old vldb to /usr/afs/db.save, and ran 'vos syncvldb' over
the database.
It didn't clear up the read-only copy entries on the 'c' drive, so I remsite'd
them individually.
I then realized that the 'c' drive was the only other on-line site, so
I addsite'd them again, and did releases of each so that there are replicas
of:
system admin user root.cell root.afs project service
