Everything's been salvaged and brought back on-line. project.dvi2ps doesn't exist anymore, since Andrew says he doesn't need it. [it is still on backup tapes] The VAX sipbsrc build tree was lost; I created a blank volume for it. 'vicepc' was a replication site for the sipbsrc sources; I have re-released the sources so there are copies on separate spindles.
