Project.tin was created for on ronald-ann vicepb with a 20 M quota, to
try out tin 1.21, a version of tin with NNTP and XOVER support.
Sorry that I forgot to send mail about it before. Also, for those
who might be amused by such things, the volume was actually created by
Marc, in Amsterdam. :-)
