Because the matter is sure to come up, a decision has been made
regarding visiting in the prison. Characters in the prison cannot receive email
or zephyr. This does not preclude the players from doing so, but no game
information should be passed by these means. If a player wishes to speak with
another characters who is in prison, they should arrange a meeting time with
that character's player, and meet in the prison, with a GM present (who
represents the NPC cops manning the prison). These meetings can take place at
any time except during curfew.
