This message is for politicians only. If you are not a memeber of a
political party, read no further:

All politicians in game are members of the Assembly, the Turkish
governing body. You are not, however, the only members. The assembly is huge.
Each party effectively controls a certain percentage of the Assembly, which may
change over time due to some events. This percentage is not, however, related
to the number of in-game members of that party, because there are too many NPC
members for the numbers of in-game members to make a difference. Even if there
are no in-game party members available to make votes, be a candidate, etc. there
will be plenty of NPC ones.
Also, the majority of the Assembly is outside of Ankara, or unavailable.
They will still be voting, but they will not be having any in-game meetings.
Thus, if players with to assemble, they may, but they cannot have a full session
of the assembly to vote, unless the GMs say otherwise.
