Due to recent tremors in the San Francisco area, the demonic security
systems in the buried city of San Francisco have begun to break down somewhat.
Their range has been reduced, but they're still as deadly as ever.
MECHANIC:
LIBRARIES (and libraries ONLY) are not protected by security
systems. Just go right ahead and start researching them.
