First:

	Character Packets are not yet available, we will send out mail
when they will be available.  We are sorry they are not readon on
time, but we ran into some unexpected problems.  We will try to have
them out as soon as possible.  

Second:

	We regret having to do this, but because of the packets being
so late we are forced to delay game start until noon tomorrow.  

Third: 

	Clarifications from rules seminar:

	The entry point for cyberspace will be the stairwell in 5 near
the ships display, there is also an entry point in the stairwell by
the corner of three (where 3-270 and such are) Cyberspace is 3rd floor
and up.

	The bar is armored. Any gun fire in the bar will NOT cause a
rupture or vacuum.

	The NP hospital will be the control room, since taking a
character to the hospital will take him out of game for some amount of
time. This is to incourage knowledge of in game healers.

	There will also be a tube stop in e25 (the med center) with
the same rules as the tube stop in lobby 7.

	Game area are all main campus buildings and anywhere you can
get to by tunnels. Game area also includes outside from Kresge to ames
and the buildings on that land. (So things like w20, building 20, and
walker are in game.)

	If you are booted from Cyberspace before your drug is over,
then you have the same affect as if you had taken it without being
jacked in.
