I've had a version of x11r6 xlib that works with mit pthreads for some
time; I have not had the time to clean it up and contribute it
formally to the project which is why I've kept quiet. However, I also
don't like seeing people duplicating work. So,
ftp://paneer.ndim.edrc.cmu.edu/pub/snl/x11r6-xlib-pthreads.tar.gz
is a dump of my source tree, unretouched. You don't have to touch
pthreads. I've hacked the makefiles and such, it is a bit of a mess,
but it works. I can make .a files for specific architectures
available if people so wish, but please don't flood me with questions
about building it, because I don't have time to answer. If you aren't
comfortable hacking on ugly imake-generated Makefiles, don't bother
with it.
