Student : "What is that symbol for damping ratio?"

Roberge : "I don't know.  It's one of those greek letters.  "Ski" or
something.  It's a squiggle.  I was in a fraternity, but I was deficient
in that part of my pledge training."

later...  "So, whatever this greek letter is, is greater than zero"

later...  "Not only do I not know what this thing is called, but I also
draw it differently everytime.  That's an additional complication that
you'll have to deal with."
