When I had Guttag for 6.035, he told me he used to shut down the students'
accounts over spring break so they'd have a vacation, but too many students
complained.
(This was at a conference with my team, which had gone and designed the rest
of the compiler during spring break, when I was in California. I was kind
of surprised that he agreed that going to California was a better spring break
than 6.035.)
