hi,

i think i sent this before... but let me rephrase and see if anyone
knows how to help me

i have a linux machine that's nfs exporting a directory
mounting this directory (via attach -n -e) works fine on MOST athena
platforms (sun, dec, linux, etc)
when i attempt to mount it from a NetBSD machine, the mount (attach)
seems to work fine (says it mounted ok)
but if i try to cd to that directory, i get:
directory: Stale NFS file handle.

does anyone have any idea why this happens or how to fix it?
this is really beginning to become a major problem for me, and i don't
see why it's just not working

thanx
