probs with AMD 486DX4 chips?

Hi,
just wondering... has anyone heard of any compatibility problems with
AMD 486DX4 CPU's? I'm planning to upgrade, and it is much cheaper (and
sufficient) for me to go to 486DX4 than to Pentium, and I wanted to see if
there are any known problems with the AMD CPU's vs. Intel's "name brand"
CPU.
